I really wanted to do my makeup over the top to really make my costume. I don't want to paint my whole face to look like a cat I just want ideas on some really cool and very sexy eye makeup. Best Answer Copy the leopard print from your skirt onto your cheeks, starting densely on the side of your face by your ears, jawline, and forehead. Fade it out gradually as you work in toward your face so that your eyes, nose, and mouth are regular makeup except for the strong eyeliner example given already.
