Question Can a corset permanently reduce the circumference of my lower ribs?
If I wear the corset a lot? My lower ribs stick out a lot towards the front. I don't want to have surgery to remove them.

Best Answer Wearing a corset on occasion is one thing, but it's not good to wear them very often. Your ribs are the size they are because they are protecting your organs. A long time ago women wore corsets all the time, and they were very unhealthy. That's why they've become less common. It may permanently squeeze in your ribs, but that's definitely not healthy. I don't think you should worry about your ribs. Look around, a lot of girls probably have the same thing and you just never noticed. I know mine stick out, but I guess I've just never been bothered by it and you shouldn't let it bother you either.
